I am also sharing the internet connection from the transmitter to the receiver through the LAN ports, so the receiving machine does not have its own Wi-Fi connection. I only plan to record on the receiving machine. ![]() ![]() Note: I have ruled out OBS not being an issue, but I can't tell if either the transmitter or receiver is the problem. The game for example, is really smooth on the transmitter machine, but the receiving machine is showing stuttering. It is streaming 2560x1440 at 60fps and my internet should be strong enough for that. I don't really want to go under 90 for the quality, but if it will help I will. The receiving machine is what is showing the stuttering, even if I turn off the two other audio filters, the stuttering is still present. I have Teleport streaming the main OBS preview (tools -> Teleport option), and two Teleport filters on audio sources, so no video is transmitted from them. I am sure it has something to do with Teleport because OBS does not display it's "encoder overloaded" warning while it is recording (the stutter is even there when OBS is not recording on the receiving machine). The output is not smooth as it could be and the stuttering is very noticeable. With the installation of AsiaSat 5G interference rejection bandpass filters, we are able to maintain high-quality and reliable services to our customers, whether for satellite TV reception, linear TV distribution or SNG contribution service locally and abroad. There seems to be some stuttering in Teleport. TAS: “We thank AsiaSat for their support in resolving the reception issues that we and our clients have encountered due to interference caused by the deployment of 5G base stations nearby our operation and service centres. Many broadcasters, VSAT service providers, system integrators, teleport operators and also our customers and partners have employed our BPF products to mitigate 5G interference successfully. ![]() During the installation on site, the BPF-3700S model, which is designed with optimised rejection and passband, has proved to be very effective in suppressing 5G interfering signals below 3.6 GHz. TAS has selected AsiaSat's BPF-3700S model for extensive testing. Currently, Taiwan has over 35,000 5G base stations with 5G signals covering 94% of its population. As the services are deployed in 3.5 GHz spectrum (3,340 MHz to 3,520 MHz) and with increased 5G penetration, TAS has received reports and requests from clients to assist them in resolving interference issues caused by nearby 5G base stations. Since the launch of 5G in July 2020, the National Communications Commission (NCC) of Taiwan has been subsidising telecoms to build 5G base stations and assisting businesses in building private networks using the 5G system. Through its world-class teleport on a 107,000 square feet site in Taipei, TAS provides wide-ranging transmission services including MCPC platforms, playout, SNG and 24/7 NOC services. For more than 25 years since its establishment in 1994, Teleport Access Services (TAS) has developed itself with unparalleled resources and experience in the areas of satellite communication applications and system integration services. ![]()
